Pregnancy, birth planning, and early parenting support

You deserve support that helps you feel informed, prepared, and confident – not overwhelmed.

Preconception, pregnancy, and early parenting can come with a lot of information, and not always enough clarity.

I’m here to help you understand your options, think through your decisions, and feel more supported in the choices you’re making for yourself and your family.

I support families in navigating healthcare and community systems, including connecting you to trusted services, resources, and referrals when additional support is needed.

We’re in this together!

My approach is shaped by academic training in early childhood education, professional experience supporting families and lived experiences with pregnancy and parenting.

My work is informed by research, including my Master’s research and contributions to The Black Birth Project, which focus on improving outcomes and care experiences fo Black families.

While I support all families, I have a specialized focus on the experiences and needs of Black families, and work to ensure care feels relevant, informed, and grounded in real-world context.

What Parents Are Saying

-Peta-Ann Leon, First-time parent

“Working with Cheyenne during my pregnancy was such a reassuring and empowering experience. As a first-time mom, I felt informed, supported, and completely comfortable asking questions every step of the way.

Her guidance was thoughtful, practical, and helped me feel more confident preparing for birth and postpartum. She made the whole process feel much less overwhelming, and I’m so grateful for her support.”

Additional Support

My work focuses on guidance, education, and support.

If you’re looking for medical care or urgent needs, I recommend connecting with a licensed healthcare provider.
