Becoming a parent can be a stressful experience. I want to make that process a little easier with some of the resources I provide. I offer various digital resources as well as one on one birth planning and birth processing sessions.

Birth Plan/Process
If you would like support planning your birth, I offer birth planning sessions that cover everything from going into to labour all the way until the first 6 weeks of postpartum. After you give birth, I offer birth processing sessions which allows space for you to talk about your expereince.
